    Lisa Folawiyo

Quite grateful to interesting collections from designers like Maxhosa, Lisa Folawiyo and Orange Culture, we’re seeing collections centered around prints—pieces that will no doubt have you packing a suitcase off to explore new corners of the world in style of course.

On the other hand, TTYA London and Nack Apparel solidified belt bags and bike shorts as one of the hottest streetwear trends to be showcased on the runway. While Style Temple, Deola Sagoe and Sisiano kept the femininity running with the plunging necklines, modern owambe designs and soft flowy pieces respectively.

Check out the Trends we spotted at 2018’s Lagos Fashion Week:

    Prints on Prints

Currently itching to get our hands on all the prints for spring/summer 19. Here are the brands who brought it on the runway

    Belt Bags

This years streetwear trend made its debut on the Lagos fashion week runway courtesy Maxhosa by Laduma, Nack Apparel and TTYA London

    Structured Suits/Blazer

There was an overdose of the structured blazer and suit ranging from cropped, oversized, irregular fits, we predict designers will continue to play with structured proportions in 2019
